A. Inquiring Phase

You can inquire about the procedures apply to your needs, necessary documents and certificates, approximate length of time required as well as the fees we charge for handling your application via our telephone, cell phone, WeChat or E-mail, but we recommend you to visit our office with all the documents and/or certificates in your hand after making an appointment, if you are hurrying and/or serious.

B. Contracting Phase

If you judged both our services and charges acceptable and we are the best choice for you after careful consideration and/or detailed comparison with other agencies, let's sign an entrustment contract before starting work.

C. Handling Phase for Work Permit

1. After signing the contract and paying the fees, we provide you with necessary formats and guide you to prepare necessary documents in detail.

2. With all the documents handed by you, we form application materials including Chinese translation that most likely be accepted by the examining authority according to our expertise and experiences.

3. When all necessary application materials are ready, they will be uploaded and submitted for Preliminary Examination.

4. Normally after 5 working days from submission, the System will display the result, and if no serious problems have been found, we can go to Accetping Window of relevant office with all the originals of the materials which have been uploaded and submitted for verification of originals.

5. No flaws have been found, we will be handed a receip.

6. And usually after 5-10 working days, we will see the System showing that a granting decision has been made for your application if no mitake found again. This means we can go to the Office to collect your Work Permit Card.
